Spain Film Commission releases a brand new Cinema and Tourism micro-site
Spain Film Comission’s website has released a new section to promote Film Tourism and position Spain as a shooting destination, ensuring the visibility of this activity through different initiatives that emphasize the relation between cinema and tourism.
Next Fitur 2019 edition, which is going to take place from the 23rd to the 27th January 2019 in Madrid, will count for the first time with a space dedicated to cinema and tourism: Fitur Cine/Fitur Screen Tourism, as a result of the agreement signed by Spain Film Commission and IFEMA on July. During this event, many activities aimed for the audio-visual and touristic industries professionals will take place, in addition to a large display space.
This micro-site will count with:
- A section for conceptualization and introduction to this topic, since this is not a new theme, it has a long story.
- A section for good practices, where successful cinema tourism examples are displayed.
- A section addressed exclusively to information about Fitur, its program and explanations on how to participate in it.
- News and links to keep our users informed about everything that surround this fair and this topic.
Shortly you will be able to visit this site, know how you will be able to assist in Fitur’s next edition and get information about cinema tourism, an industry that is experiencing a constant growth with examples such as Game of Thrones, a TV series that has changed the touristic development of all the places where it has been shot.
